Back in 2016, Super Retail Group from Australia was on the lookout to design a flagship kids bike for their cycles brand Goldcross Cycles.
Learning how to ride, as we all know is a memorable experience for kids and  their parents .
Although kids bikes today do not cater to this journey holistically and do not provide a versatile and adaptable experience.
Ako is a balance bike that redefines a kids first riding experience by providing a step by step learning process and an inclusive experience for the kids and their parents.
In 2019, Ako won the Silver A’ Design Award.
